Only Belden’s VFD cables series of 1000V UL flexible motor supply cables in gauge sizes from 16-4/0 provide the robust construction required to deliver superior electrical performance and reliability. Certified to Numerous Safety Standards (ratings vary by construction): MSHA, 1000V UL Flexible Motor Supply, 600V UL 1277 Type TC-ER, CSA AWM I/II A/B FT4, 900C Wet/Dry, Class I & II; Division 2 Hazardous Locations, UL 1685 Vertical Tray Flame Test, IEEE 1202/383 Vertical Tray Flame Test at 70,000 BTU/hour, UL Direct Burial, RoHS Compliant, CE Approved.
DataBus® Cables for FOUNDATION Fieldbus

Belden FOUNDATION Fieldbus cables are compliant with Fieldbus Spec IEC 61158-2 (ISA/SP-50), have excellent electrical characteristics, low capacitance (for long runs), versions in 22, 18, 16 and 14 AWG stranded tinned copper conductors, multi-pair cables available in 2 to 24 pairs, versions available with Beldfoil® shields and Beldfoil Plus Braid shields, PLTC-ER versions available, easily identifiable Orange jacket, Blue jacket available for Intrinsically Safe applications, suitable for use in Class 1, Div. 2 hazardous locations, and are RoHS compliant and CE approved.
Industrial Ethernet Media Cordsets & Connectors

The Hirschmann by Belden Industrial Ethernet Media Solutions combines a rugged RJ45 connection with the proven industrial Micro (M12) connection technology typically found in sensor/actuator machine applications - also available on all OCTOPUS, MICE, and MACH1000 Switches. With the integration of Bonded-Pair technology by Belden®, these industrial Ethernet media cordsets have the highest level of signal quality, making them one-of-a-kind.
Rugged Managed DIN Rail and Rack-Mount Switches

The Ultimate Series of Switches for Rugged Environments - The Hirschmann RSR Series of Compact Über-Rugged™ Switches for DIN Rail-Mount applications operate with an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and can accommodate up to two AC/DC inputs and have an extremely high RFI/EMI immunity. Features include metal housing, resistant to shock and vibration and have from 8TX to 10 ports (fiber) with an ultra-fast ring recovery time of <10ms.
The Hirschmann MACH1000 Series of Rack-Mount Switches features a 24-port custom configurable/modular design that is also available with two or four additional Gigabit uplink (RJ45 and/or SFP for fiber) and PoE ports. Features include 19” rack-mount, fanless design, -40°C to +85°C, exceeds IEC 61850-3 and IEEE 1613 standards for electrical power substation communication equipment, redundant 24/36/48 VDC or 120/250 VDC and 110/230 VAC, ultra-fast ring recovery time <10ms, and is extremely efficient components for minimal heat generation and high MTBF (mean time between failure).
Industrial IP 67 Rugged Switches

The OCTOPUS family of Industrial Grade switches meets all relevant industry standards and is the most robust switch on the market. With Power over Ethernet, Hirschmann has complemented its IP67 solutions with an absolutely future-proof technology. This is deployed in all situations where new end devices such as IP cameras or IP telephones require electrical power without additional installation work.
All products in the OCTOPUS family can be mounted on the wall or directly on the machine. The IP67 variants offer 8/16/24 Twisted Pair ports (each with up to 8 PoE ports), using standardized 4-pin M12 D technology. As the switches are freely cascadable, it is simple to build decentralized structured networks with the shortest possible patch cables to the end devices. The 16- and 24-port versions are also available with two 100BASE-FX uplink ports (microFX).
Wireless Ethernet Access Points/Clients

Now Supporting IEEE 802.11n Standard, the new line of BAT wireless Ethernet access points/clients/bridges has an extensive feature list that sets it apart from your average commercially-available options - now supporting 802.11n. The BAT300 Rail single WLAN with support for 802.11b/g (2.4 GHz) and 802.11a/h/n (5 GHz), redundant WLAN connections, up-to 200 Mbps bandwidth (802.11n, draft 2.0 with MSC15) and includes three dBi dipole dual-band antennas.
The BAT300-F series provides an IP 67 rating (waterproof) and is ideally suited for harsh environments and is equipped with a metal housing, 1x WLAN interface, 2x LAN ports 10/100BASE-TX with autosensing and PoE (per IEEE 802.3af) features.
